By accessing and using the Dil Sy Desi website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Dil Sy Desi provides an online food ordering and delivery platform. We prepare and deliver authentic Pakistani cuisine to customers within our delivery areas.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments via PayPro
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received or COD is confirmed
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability of items
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, weather, and traffic conditions. We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated time frame.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. Quality complaints must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dil Sy Desi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
